First buses in port Talbot the WiFi and USB don't work on the buses the windows don't stay open for long as they slam shut conditions are poor the buses are dirty or rusted the company don't care about the drivers or customers

Bus stop with timetable of bus that doesn't stop there!
At Taunton, to connect with the last 29 service to Glastonbury leaving around 17:25 I walked up towards the town direction until I found a bustop with a 29 timetable. (Photo available of bus stop) I waited until 18:05 but no bus!?? A Park and Ride driver told it was coming... not true. I then had to phone my mother's carer to see if she could come and pick me up.
As a handicapped person public transport is my only means from travelling from North-west France to Glastonbury. Sad that I get to the last part to have NO BUS!! No response from Somerset buses.
I have subsequently found out that someone's wisdom has decided to change the bus route in Taunton. Why on earth would anyone with a miligram of commonsense put up a timetable where a bus DOESN'T stop?? More use to a sign that says the 29 doesn't stop here anymore, or is that too obvious? How do non-locals know you have re-routed a bus if you don't indicate such? I find this egregious.
I understand that 'we' the public are only numbers and money to you but when your services are poorly run and inaccurately signposted AND extremely expensive (Southwest ticket £7.50 all day anywhere Glastonbury, Bristol, Weston, Burnham on Sea etc) You £9.30 Glastonbury-Taunton return!! and both First Group!
I get it that authorities don't like criticism, I get it most businesses are difficult to get hold of nowadays (emails from donotreply@) but when it is justified due to thoughtlessness, please take it on board and make your bus stops accurate at the very least...
As for your promise to reply to me within 14 days that's just more delusions on your part.

Modernise the service
Your bus drivers have a horrible patronising attitude in thurrock. If you don't want to fire and rehire, at least modernise the buses so it announces the name of the next stop for people new to the area. Stanford-le-hope is all uphill and there's a massive difference in the journey if you get off at the wrong stop! More and more Londoners moving into the area Essex public transport needs to adapt sharpish before you get more complaints than you an handle.

Can't comment on the bus service as I have yet to be able to find the bus I need.
Utterly laughable website with a journey planner that fails to show you the location you have chosen so you get some "random" selection e.g. Getting Narborough, Leicestershire rather than Narborough, Norfolk.
The Show ticket prices doesn't work at all from one link but does work from another BUT only allows you to select an "anywhere in the region" daily ticket at £12 when all I want is a single from Kings Lynn to Narborough - nearly as cheap to get a taxi at that rate.
Nice to know that they have spent so much on fancy graphics though. Clearly they spent all the budget on pretty pictures and failed to bother to ever test their web pages before they set them loose on an unsuspecting public.
Truly dire performance.

Just returned from Bristol to…
Just returned from Bristol to Weston-super-Mare on the x1. Brand new bus with no air conditioning, like being in a oven. Not a pleasant journey when you are hot and sweaty due to the heat on the bus.

Rated one as bus driver on 22 bus longton told a person to make sure next time they get a bus to have the right change and not a £20 note ??? Really it's legal tender and who cares he had change and notes 5ers 10s so what's the problem? Saturday 16th July 2022 14.51 so you onow which driver it was hope that helps if first have a problem with 20 notes then make it cashless operation stop brehating folk! Out the 8 people that got on the bus only one paid so what's he problem ? With one person paying with a 20! Oh wait was it cus she was black maybe maybe not but Hmmmm. I don't know but stop it driver 006650 £20 is legal tender.

terrible experience with x6 bus 9:15am bus from Bradford interchange
I have got terrible experience today. I came to catch bus x6 towards leeds from Bradford interchange. (Time 9:16am, 14 July.) I even saw one passenger entering into bus while I was also close to bus coming running. I reached and the driver (he/him), shut the door in my face. How pathetic it is I can't express. How bad I felt I can't express in word. I think the drivers need more to learn, little more education about humanity. Basically, I grown up in a 3rd world country. I never saw buses are leaving their passengers till there’s even one single passenger. I can understand there is a time to start bus and reach timely. But see what happened today, "I was on time but for 1 second to 10 second late. Hence, he saw me and shut on my face and then started bus." Couldn’t he open the door if he even clicked closing tab and give a hand to a passenger?

I was following the bus if I could catch next stoppage and I found it stopped in a red signal for long time. See, couldn’t it stop a second for me at stoppage & take me, now he stopped for minutes. However, after running sometimes and seeing there is no nearby stoppage, I return back to Bradford interchange and catched 72 pulse bus and reached workplace.

I just would like to request from my above bad experience, please train your drivers, please educate them that they have get a bit humanity in themselves. Passengers are paying to go from one place to another. Nobody is travelling free. Nobody is begging to ride on bus but its their right to ride.

Terrible worst people on the roads
Terrible
Used buses in leeds for two years, in the end I bought a car it was so bad.
Lots of issues
Main ones being with drivers, I found them to be the worst people I’ve ever met, with two exceptions, two drivers were always really nice!
But the rest… examples like.. me being on crutches the driver looked right at me in the mirror then instantly hit the breaks to knock me over, ignorant drivers not waiting till I sat down or missing stops because they’re late deliberately not stopping even though that’s my stop.
Apart from the two good drivers, they never speak won’t respond to anyone saying hello. Ask them a question but they won’t reply.
Witnessed one accident caused a passenger to fall down the steps ambulance was called but the driver wasn’t bothered he was only asking for witnesses to say he never caused it, didn’t see to the injured passengers at all.

My stop at home would always be missed, final stop they would pull up on a big curb with muddy grass and me being on crutches I’d ask to pull forward at the bus stop, they’d always complain because they were on a break once they reach that spot and wanted no one else to get on.
Refuse to lower the bus and even had doors closed on me as I’m getting off

I had one bus an hour and if they’re running late they wouldn’t stop for me going to work and that would mean I’m extremely late for work or I pay £35 for taxi.

Complaints all got ignored

Bus drivers are the worst people on the roads! Maybe even the planet, apart from terrorists.

Disgusting driver behaviour
Well, where shall I begin, walking past a bus stop in queen street 10 minutes ago(12/07/2022 @ roughly 9.20pm a number 8 bus?) witnessed one of your drivers, who gave his name as Allan Jarvie, and made sure everyone knew it was 2 L’s, threw off 4 older ladies because of her electric mobility scooter, apparently wasn’t the correct battery type ?‍♀️ And not only these ladies but the WHOLE bus and pointed out to everyone “he’d had a bad day” and talking to the above ladies, now have to wait over an hour in the hope the next bus turns up, and the electric scooter in question has already been on 6 other first bus trips today. And you can find him as he pushed the emergency button to call 999 ?? talking to all travellers, they actually felt threatened by his behaviour, Disgusting

They keep cancelling busses for no reason without letting people know. You can wait for an hour and not get a bus. Buying long term tickets is also weird on their app as even though you haven’t activate it it will count down the time you can use it in. This company should be closed down.
